Medicinal Mushrooms

All mushrooms have health benefits, but some are especially good. If you want to be able to eat the mushrooms as well as have powdered mushrooms, you can just throw them in a blender and grind them yourself. Just do not do this with reishi or turkey tail. If you want to do this with the chaga, first place the chunks in a pillow case, sheet, or the equivalent and smash them down as small as possible before putting them into a blender. OR skip doing it yourself and order the powdered from us!  I have listed the ones with the best medicinal values. Here is some great information: 6 kinds of medicinal mushrooms and the benefits of each.

Supplements are fine usually, but realize that you are also paying for fillers and have to take quite a lot of the supplements, which gets pricey. It is a lot more reasonably priced to buy the actual mushrooms. It is also better for you. The supplements take out some of the benefits of the mushrooms, and you don't get to enjoy eating them! We powder all of our mushrooms.
We recommend that you do your own research on these products. We have done quite a bit of research before offering these. Most mushrooms have some sort of positive effect on your health.
