Maitake

The Dried Hen of the Woods are known as Maiitake, Maitake and the technical name Grifola Frondosa. We sell this mushroom for it's excellent deep rich flavor and chewy texture. This mushroom is rare to find in a form that you can eat, and very easy to find in pills, but why waste the flavor to get the health benefits? For those who love to enjoy the flavor, we have maiitake that can be baked, grilled, marinated, barbequed, put in soups, stews and more.
