Oregon Mushrooms has been in the business of mushrooms for many years. Scott began hunting for wild mushrooms in Oregon and drying them for future use. Scott then began selling one ounce bags of dried morels on eBay in 1999 and we still sell on Ebay. After years of selling on eBay, our customers started to wonder if they could buy mushrooms of different types such as fresh chanterelles, fresh matsutakes, fresh lobster and fresh porcini mushrooms among others. This is why we decided to build a website and expand our product line, and we still receive very positive feedback from our customers. See our testimonial page. Our goals are to have excellent products offered for a great value with fast and friendly service. We will not compromise our quality or customer service for anything.

We are proud to say that our product are all GMO free!
All fresh mushrooms are either wild harvested or cultivated. None of our fresh or dried mushrooms are treated with anything, they are all dried in a clean facility. No chemicals or preservatives are used in the processing of any of our products. We are very dedicated to sustainable harvesting. We reuse as much as we can as far as packaging.

We are selling mushrooms that are wild mainly from the Pacific Northwest, where they are abundant, We sell wild and cultivated mushrooms that are mainly from the United States. Some Truffle Products and Mushrooms Products that are Imported from Europe and a couple from other countries. If you have any questions about the products you are interested, please ask.
We also carry Vanilla Beans, Vanilla, Fennel Pollen, Huckleberries Products, Sea Salts and much more!

Our business is small, we love our business and our customers.  We value our customers, we find that just because we have a website, this should not omit the personal touch that allows our customers to know that we value them and that they are extremely important to us. A majority of our customers know us by name. We know that now a days, things are automated and impersonal. We do not want to be this way, we love talking to you.

Being that our business is a "mom and pop" type business, this allows us to be extremely picky with the quality you receive, we do not buy huge loads of mushrooms, only small quantities. At times this does make the price go up a bit for some items, but at least you can be assured that we went through the items, hand selected the quality and send out the best. This also allows us to have some really competitive prices as well, because there is no "middle man."

Hopefully between reading our feedback, and knowing more about us, you will be convinced to give us a call, drop us an email, or even order. Even if you just have a question or two. By purchasing our products, you can be assured of personal attention, excellent quality and value.

Whether you're looking for wild mushrooms to add flavor to your favorite dish or you want to indulge in the delicacy that is fresh hand-picked truffles, you're certain to be pleased with the product selection on our website. And just because we love mushrooms, it doesn't mean that that's all we have to offer our customers. You'll also find a variety of other gourmet delights on our website, including  honeys, pates, spices and much more. Whether you love to cook at home or need a special gift for your favorite gourmet chef, you'll love our mushrooms for sale. We sell to the public and to wholesale. This is our retail site.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. Have a great day, or night!

Christina and Scott Cossairt began our journey into the mushroom world by originally being buyers, we were buying morels and started drying them to sell on Ebay. Our ebay customers started asking what other interesting mushrooms that we could supply them, which started us into drying other mushrooms, such as lobster mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini, etc. We grew to a point that we needed to start a website. After much trial and error in trying to do a website, here we are years later, thanks to our wonderful customers, who have supported us and helped us grow. Thank you all so much! We are always grateful to our clients.

If you need a COA or a SPEC sheet, please ask before you order, because we do not carry them for every product. Thank you!
