Of course... you can never beat the fresh harvest. I have to say that I miss the rich flavor of the huotlacoche, and i was only available to get it in can or preserve in jars here in the USA -which gives an ugly aftertaste in your mouth. I was lucky to find this website that carries them in better way to preserve the taste. I like it, I can not justify to my spouse to pay 20 dollars a pound- except that I like them so much! And I recommend it to anyone who had the experience to eat quezadillas with huitlacoche y flor de calabaza in Coyoacan, and wants to repeat the experiene. It is my second order.
