If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please clear your cache and your cookies. If this does not work, call us and we can either put the order in for  you or delete your old account so you can create a new one. We had to upgrade the website to make sure we stayed compliant with security, this messed things up for people that have our site stored in their computers already.
