Dried Morel Powder

Morels, also known as Morchella, sponge mushroom, pinecone mushroom and more are a delicacy with many uses.  The powder is a more economically priced substitute for your use. We grind up all of the really broken pieces.  You can add this powder to sauces as they will flavor it nicely. These morels are wild harvested, no chemicals or pesticides are used. They are NOT genetically modified. This powder is not fine powder, it is coarsely ground.
