We are trained to only buy edible mushrooms. Also understand that your mushrooms are not kept under 40 degrees during shipping. Once they leave our hands, we do not have any responsibility or liability for the mushrooms, due to the fact that we cannot stay with them as they travel. 

When ordering, please be aware that some people do have allergies to mushrooms, even if they have never had allergies before, they can develop them. We cannot be held responsible for anyone getting sick from the mushrooms we send because of an allergy or improper cooking.

Be sure to cook all raw product thoroughly.
