If you purchased fresh or frozen products, you must choose Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight. Please tell us if you want a signature required or not. If you ask for a signature, and no one hears the door, fed ex will not leave the mushrooms. We recommend indirect signature, you can write a note for fed ex, you need to date the note, write: Fed ex, please leave my package (wherever you like, we recommend an ice chest with ice packs, not ice on the bottom, cover them with a towel) then sign the note. This takes the stress off, so if you don't hear the door, or have an emergency, you will not be worried where your order is!  If you choose no signature required, and fed ex leaves the order, and it is stolen, we cannot be held responsible for this.
