To make this clear: we cannot contact each customer to get a delivery date, this is your responsibility. We will ship as soon as we can, that may be the day you order, it may take a few days to ship, depending on availability. Please specify a delivery date either by emailing us or calling us. If you choose Fed Ex Ground, your order may be delivered USPS. Ground is for Businesses
Shipping Definitions: Please read before selecting your shipping method.
You will not get an email receipt unless you give us the correct email address. Also, be aware that if the weather is bad and fedex is a day late delivering your order, we do not pay you back for the order.
You must choose Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight for fresh and frozen products!
Fed Ex Priority: For most areas, the delivery will be before noon, unless you live in a rural area or a PM area, check fedex.com or call us to find out. We cannot ship for Monday Delivery for Perishables.
Fed Ex Standard: Delivery can happen anytime before 4 pm. We cannot ship for Monday Delivery for Perishables.
Fed Ex 2nd Day: Will be delivered within 2 business days of shipping. Example: If we ship Monday, you should get it by Wednesday.
Fed Ex Express Saver: Will be delivered within 3 business days of shipping..
Fed Ex Ground: Arrival is within 5-14 business days after we ship. (if you order by Noon PST, we should be able to ship that day or the next day) Not available for fresh items.
US Postal Priority: This can take up to 14 days to arrive, no guarantees, no insurance. We use UPS now because they are reliable for delivery, but this option is here if you are not in a hurry and have no need for delivery dates. Please state in the notes if you need your order shipped to a PO Box.
