Black Truffle Puree is a rich flavorful paste made from Black Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum). The paste has a strong flavor and great aroma and is packaged in an easy to use tube. The long shelf life of this product allows you to add the taste of Black Truffles to any dish throughout the year by simply squeezing the paste into sautéed preparations and finished sauces. To retain the flavor of the truffle, it is best to add the puree after the cooking phase, just prior to serving.
