The rich paste has a strong White Truffle flavor and great aroma and is packaged in a convenient tube. The long shelf life allows you to add the taste of White Truffles to any dish you wish throughout the year by simply squeezing the paste into sautéed preparations and finished sauces. To retain the flavor of the truffle, it is best to add the puree after the cooking phase, just prior to serving.
