#2 Grade Dried Morel Mushrooms are a highly prized mushroom. They are not perfect, they have brown stems, are broken or have holes in them. They are not acceptable as a #1 Grade morel due to their appearance. The flavor is the same though. A favorite among many. This mushroom is excellent fresh and dried.
