Fiddleheads marinated in maple vinegar, organic (370ml)
Our fiddleheads are harvested by hand in June, along the beautiful rivers of the Gaspe Peninsula.
Fiddleheads are processed directly after harvest.
To prepare, we use only natural ingredients of highest quality: maple vinegar, sugar cane unrefined salt and water.
Our fiddleheads are fresh and crisp, dressed in a vinegary marinade sweet well-balanced.
Delicious as is, in salads, with cooked meats to accompany your cold dishes, or to decorate your sandwiches!
