Yellowfeet Mushrooms

They taste exquisite and are versatile. Cantharellus tubaeformis is known as the "suppilovahvero," and is just as popular as the "kanttarelli",  many restaraunts use these as a substitute to the chanterelle. The Yellowfeet Chanterelle is a winter mushroom. Fresh Yellow Feet can be ordered during the winter months.  The dried is available year round.
To reconstitute: Rinse and then soak 1 ounce dried mushrooms in 8-10 ounces of warm water for 10-15 minutes, or in the refrigerator overnight. Strain through a paper towel or coffee filter and retain liquid for future recipes.
