| Dried Oyster Mushrooms |
The oyster mushroom has a soft texture, and is used in variety of dishes that have seafood or chicken or pair with rice. The oyster mushroom is wild and cultivated, and is popular in stir fry, soups, and most dishes where you would like texture, and the discreet flavor of oysters. To reconstitute: Add 8 - 10 ounces of warm water per ounce of dried mushrooms and soak for 30 minutes or more. Strain through a paper towel or coffee filter and retain the liquid for your recipe. Rinse well to remove any debris.

| Dried Portabello Mushrooms Sliced |
Few foods are as versatile as portabellas. Serve them as appetizers, entrees or side dishes. Substitute meat for portabellas. Use in lasagna, sauces, stews, risotto and more. There are an unlimited amount of recipes on the internet for portabellas, so that shows how popular they are. Reconstitute for 10-20 minutes in a cup of warm water per ounce of mushrooms. Watch them though and remove when they are done. They are best put into your dish that has liquid in them instead of reconstituting first. Just rinse them first. Once you reconstitute them, pat them gently and cook.

| Yellow Feet Mushrooms |
They taste exquisite and are versatile. Cantharellus tubaeformis is known as the "suppilovahvero," and is just as popular as the "kanttarelli", many restaraunts use these as a substitute to the chanterelle. The Yellowfeet Chanterelle is a winter mushroom. Fresh Yellow Feet can be ordered during the winter months. The dried is available year round.
To reconstitute: Rinse and then soak 1 ounce dried mushrooms in 8-10 ounces of warm water for 10-15 minutes, or in the refrigerator overnight. Strain through a paper towel or coffee filter and retain liquid for future recipes.
